Sheila was a very patient and thoughtful representative for us as first time buyers. We took our time and viewed over 30 homes with her, as well as visited many more to size up from the outside. She was always available and sometimes pushed us to look at things that we might not have thought of. The real performance is at contract and settlement time, and she did a great job of getting our seller to agree to some price reductions and repairs before settlement. I would recommend her to a friend...what more need be said?
